The $2.5 million amenity campus offers furnished patio spaces, a grand lawn, zero-entry swimming pool, community gardens, basketball and four-square courts and more at the Toccoa, Ga., club. Recently constructed interior spaces include a concierge foyer, fitness room, children’s activities room and a bar and grill.
SAGE will work with Landology Hartwell and the club’s management team on the various areas of the club’s operation.
