Executive Chef, Sous Chef Join Culinary Team at Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort

Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort (see “Filling New Needs at Rocky Gap Resort,” C&RB, Oct. 2008) has announced that Chef Alfonso Obregon was been appointed Executive Chef. He will oversee the offerings in the resort’s Lakeside Restaurant and Signatures Bar & Grill.
 
Sous Chef Tyler Dinteman also joins the culinary team at Rocky Gap. Dinteman served as the kitchen supervisor for four years at the resort prior to taking a position at Grand Concourse–an upscale restaurant located in the historic Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad Station.
 
Shirley Upole has been named Controller. With more than 30 years of experience in the hotel and resort industry, Upole is proficient in many areas of management, from accounting and human resources to reservations and guest services.
