Bull’s Bridge GC Appoints Bennett Chinn as New Executive Chef

Local restaurateur Bennett Chinn will serve as Executive Chef for Bull’s Bridge Golf Club in South Kent, Conn., a Tom Fazio-designed, 18-hole private club that opened in 2003.
Chinn will oversee food operations at the club, while continuing to operate his other businesses, which include C2 Restaurant Group/Catering in Kent. In his role for Bull’s Bridge, Chinn will oversee food and menu design, cost control, as well as employee management, hiring and training.
Prior to restaurant ownership, Chinn was Executive Chef at Bullis Hall (Relais and Chataux) in Bangall, N.Y., where he was involved in wine cellar construction and menu implementation.
