Medford Lakes CC Names Henry Piotrowski as Executive Chef

Medford Lakes (N.J.) Country Club has appointed Henry L. Piotrowski as Executive Chef. Piotrowski most recently served as Executive Chef of Pine Valley (N.J.) Golf Club and was featured in a “Chef to Chef” interview in the November 2006 issue of Club & Resort Business (“Bringing Great Golf Full Circle, pg. 35).

Prior to his 14 years at Pine Valley, Piotrowski was the Executive Chef at two other country clubs in Pennsylvania. Also, he is a Culinary Arts instructor at the Art Institute of Philadelphia.

As Executive Chef, Piotrowski hopes to introduce cooking classes at Medford Lakes CC.
