Each summer season for the next three years, La Paloma Country Club in Tucson, Ariz., will embark on a $3 million renovation to its 25-year-old Jack Nicklaus course. Ultimately, the project will convert the traditional bent grass greens to a new and improved hybrid Bermuda turf on all 27 holes, with modifications to green contours.

“We are extremely lucky to have the greatest golfer in history help us improve on what is already an incredible golf course,” said La Paloma’s General Manager, Bill Petrella. “The best part is that at no time will we ever have less than 18 holes of magnificent golf available for members and resort guests.”
