New Jacobs/Futch Golf Academy Debuts at Seaview Resort

Seaview Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort, has announced the official grand opening of the John Jacobs/Shelby Futch Golf Academy, a state-of-the-art golf instruction facility. The Academy was brought to Seaview to further enhance the golf instruction experience on property, while complementing the club’s 36 holes of championship golf.
 
In celebration of the official grand opening, golfers have the opportunity to reserve an introductory, 30-minute private lesson for just $30. The lesson will include having the golfer’s swing captured on video and providing each student with a detailed swing analysis report.

Additionally, the academy is offering 10-minute “test drive” lessons for $10, through which golfers will receive a taste of the club’s instruction experience.
 
Overseeing all instructional programs at the Academy will be John Kajfasz, Director of Instruction. Kajfasz has over 15 years experience as a PGA teaching professional at a variety of prestigious clubs, including stints at The Aronimink Country Club in Newtown Square, Pa.; Bay Hill Golf Club in Orlando, Fla.; The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, N.J., and The Metropolitan Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga.
