Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club in Las Vegas is undergoing a $15 million renovation that will include a completely renovated clubhouse and course improvements. Renowned interior designer Herb Press is leading the re-design of the clubhouse facilities. Under his direction, members will enjoy updated member areas, lounge and bar, and a complete makeover of the casual and formal dining areas and banquet facilities. The final polish will arrive in the form of a new private fine dining room and member wine cellar.

The alterations on the exclusive 27-hole championship course will compliment the existing infrastructure of the course, and remain in keeping with the original Robert Trent Jones Jr. design.

Complimenting the renovations, the club recently hired Brad Apple as its new head Golf Professional and its first-ever Director of Golf Instruction, Jim McGurk.

With over thirty years of experience, Apple is a PGA Class A-1 Professional and has worked at some of the top private clubs in the country. McGurk served as PGA TOUR winner Chris Smith's Personal Instructor for the past six years and helped Smith earn the honor of #1 Ball Striker on the PGA TOUR.
