Make Your own Tent Mover

Materials needed:

Golf cart with ladder rack (87" x 42")

2          253 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3" aluminum stock
2          126 5/8" x 1 1/2" x 3" aluminum stock
2          8' x 1" x 1" square stock
2          6" x 1" x 1" square stock
3          2" diameter x 3" length gal. pine cut in half

Instructions:

1. Weld 6" x 1" x 1" to end of 8' x 1" x 1" in brace (1" x 1") and weld half pipe on end of 6"
2. Insert 2 8' x 1" x 1" into 126 5/8" aluminum
3. Weld 4 2" half pipes on ends of 253 ∏" al. stock 20' apart
4. Secure 126 5/8 aluminum to side to side of cart. 8' sliding mounts on opposite side of the cart.
5. Secure 2 20' aluminum mounts on top of 126 5/8 aluminum mounts running opposite direction using L brackets.
