While a friendly competition is held in the PGA Junior League, the emphasis is on creating a fun team event. Instead of focusing on individual performances, the success of the team is at the forefront.
Not only did we create a great memory and hopefully a tradition for years to come, but we got the whole family spending nine holes together on the golf course.
It felt like the overall theme was how to best operate in the “new normal” as opposed to wishing that the economy would revert back to previous better times.
If every facility does something to grow the game, we can’t help but gain additional rounds this year!
Since it is the beginning of a new year, I wanted to propose some resolutions that we should all use to help our clubs prosper in 2012.
This event appeals to members of all ages as they will be creating a truly one of a kind holiday decoration.
Working internships were the most valuable aspect of my college years as I truly gained a great appreciation for our business.
