Cucumber Mint Martini (all natural)

Amt Ingredient
1 oz fresh- squeezed European cucumber
bunch mint leaves
3 oz Square One organic rye vodka
1/2 oz
simple syrup (see recipe)
Procedure:
• Juice 1 European cucumber, then put 1 small bunch mint leaves in the juice and allow the mint to infuse the flavor of the cucumber (at least 2 hours) then strain the leaf out.
• In a martini shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine vodka, 1oz cucumber juice and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass garnish with 1 slice cucumber and mint leave.
