Key Lime Martini (a Florida specialty)

Amt    Ingredient
1-1/2 oz    Square One organic rye vodka
1-1/2 oz    Ke Ke Beach key lime liquor
3/4 oz       Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz       cream
1              lime wedge
5 oz         graham cracker crumbs

Procedure:
• Place the graham cracker in a saucer. Rub the rim of martini glass with lime wedge and dip the glass into the graham cracker and coat the rim thoroughly, reserve the lime.
• In a martini shaker, half filled with ice cubes, combine vodka, Keke, Midori and cream, shake well. Strain into martini glass and use lime wedge for garnish.
