Coca Cola BBQ Sauce

2-     2 litres of Coca Cola
2 Cups-    Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup-    Yellow Mustard
2 #10 Cans-    Catsup
6 Cups-    Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tbsp.-    Chipotle Adobo
½ Cup-    Dark Chili Powder
¼ Cup-    Garlic Powder
¼ Cup-    Onion Powder
½ Cup-    Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. each-    Cinnamon & Clove
3 Lbs.-    Dark Brown Sugar
½ Cup-    Local Maple Syrup
1 Cup-    Sorghum or Molasses
¼ Cup-    Kosher Salt
3 Tbsp.-    Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp.-     Chipotle Powder

*In a large non-reactive saucepan add all of the
above ingredients and whisk together
until thoroughly mixed.

*Over high heat bring to a boil stirring well occasionally,
then reduce the heat and simmer over
low heat for 45-55 minutes.

(  this makes a very large batch, that can be canned and put up in the pantry or fridge )
