Corn Pie

Amt    Ingredient
5 cups    corn meal
2 tsp    salt
2 2/3 cups    flour
4 each    eggs, beaten
1 cup    sugar
4 cups    milk
4 tbsp    baking powder
1 cup    salad oil
12 tbsp    mayonnaise
2 cups    cream-style corn

Procedure:
• Combine all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients (egg, milk, oil, mayonnaise) and one #10 can cream-style corn.
• Pour into hot cast-iron pans and bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes. Be sure the pans are well-greased.

Yield: 32 servings
