The Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, A.Z. will be kick-starting a series of interactive cooking classes with a "Cooking Couples" course, which includes an exciting and hands-on, two-hour cooking class with finished dishes, wine tasting, and recipes to take home. Led by Executive Chef Ivan Flowers, this inaugural series is designed to teach partners how to work as a team to prepare a five-course meal.

For $75 per person, couples will create a five-course meal consisting of handmade mozzarella di bufala with spinach and tomatoes, wild passionate mushroom fricassee, heirloom tomatoes with roasted tomato confit fondue and baby rack of lamb with a creamy sexy Belgian salsify. For dessert, couples will learn the art of classic crème brulee. The Gallery will also be pairing wine with each meal from its award-winning wine list.
