Chocolate Salt

Amt Ingredient
4 oz. Bitter
Chocolate
4 oz. Sea Salt
Procedure
- Freeze
the chocolate for 10 minutes.
- Place
the chocolate and salt in a coffee mill and pulse until the chocolate and
the salt have mixed uniformly.
- Store
in the cooler and sprinkle on to meat as needed to finish a dish.
