Chocolate Salt

Yield: 1 cup

 

Amt      Ingredient
4 oz.     Bitter Chocolate
4 oz.     Sea Salt

 

Procedure

  • Freeze the chocolate for 10 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate and salt in a coffee mill and pulse until the chocolate and the salt have mixed uniformly.
  • Store in the cooler and sprinkle on to meat as needed to finish a dish.
