The 27-hole Mountain View Golf Course in Graysville, Ala., will go up on the auction block on February 27, the Birmingham (Ala.) News reported.

“Enough can’t be said about the immense development opportunity that comes along with the course being located near the proposed interchange of I-22 and the Northern Beltline which is due to be completed around 2030,” William Bone, president of National Auction Group, said in a release. “Acreage of this size with an income stream already in operation creates a unique opportunity for future investors to get in on the ground floor of the unlimited potential that the new Beltline can offer.”
The live auction will be held February 27 at 2 p.m. in the grand banquet room of the course.
Mountain View Golf Course has operated since 1991, the News reported.
