The Hamlet Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla., has been sold to HHC Seagate Hamlet LLC for $11.3 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
Delray Beach, Fla.-based HHC Seagate Hamlet’s President is Thomas Blank and the country club’s President is William Redman, the Business Journal reported.
Hamlet Country Club is a gated community surrounding an 18-hole championship golf course, complete practice facilities, a full-service clubhouse, Har-Tru tennis courts and a fitness center, with amenities available to resident and non-resident members.
The Joe Lee-designed golf course includes 300 acres with Celebration Bermuda Grass tee boxes, Champion Bermuda Grass greens and tree-lined fairways. Five sets of tees give players flexibility and the club’s practice facility features a fully stocked driving range, expansive putting green pitching and bunker areas and professional teaching staff with optional tee times, according to the club’s website.
