Belmont Country Club is one of 22 culinary sites selected for the 2nd Annual Farm-to-Fork Loudoun.
The Ashburn, Va., club, a Toll Golf property, will participate in the 11-day celebration of local food, developed to honor the art of collaboration between Loudoun’s farmers and restaurant chefs to drive the local economy.
Belmont CC has committed to using at least 70 percent locally sourced food from July 26 through August 5. Patrons may order from the specially created Farm-to-Fork Loudoun menus featuring locally grown and raised produce, beef, lamb and poultry, along with local wine, brew and spirits.
