The Broken Arrow, Okla., facility is back on the market after the previous high bidder did not follow through on obligations. A $20,000 bid deposit prior to the auction is required of interested parties.
Indian Springs Country Club will have a second chance at the auction block on July 10. The Broken Arrow, Okla., club will be re-auctioned by Williams & Williams after the high bidder at the June 5 auction chose not to perform its obligations as set forth in the terms of the contract of sale.
Those interested in participating in the auction will be required to submit a bid deposit of $20,000 prior to the auction.
“Our sellers remain committed to finding a new owner that is as passionate about running the country club as their father was before he passed away,” said DC Roberts, Williams & Williams National Director, Distinctive and International Sales. “There are a number of parties interested in purchasing this special property and a private auction is the fairest approach to effectuating a sale.”
C&RB has followed Indian Springs’ auction efforts since May: “Indian Springs CC Goes Up For Auction;” “Indian Springs Sold at Auction for $4 Million;” “Indian Springs CC Back on the Market.”
Indian Springs features two 18-hole regulation golf courses that include the championship-style River Course and the Windmill Course. The property also offers a 38,000-sq.-ft. clubhouse, tennis facilities with 10 lighted post tension hard courts and four covered courts and three swimming pools.
