Four of Meadowbrook Golf’s Courses Up for Sale

The properties in Northwest Florida have been on the market for 10 months and two of them are under contract to be purchased.

Four golf courses in Northwest Florida, all owned by Meadowbrook Golf, are up for sale with two under contract to be purchased, the NWT Daily News reported.

The four Florida courses for sale are Shalimar Pointe Golf & Country Club in Shalimar, Hidden Creek Golf Club in Navarre, Tiger Pointe Golf & Country Club in Gulf Breeze and Scenic Hills Country Club in Pensacola, the Daily News reported.

“Shalimar Pointe is under contract, but it has not closed,” said James Cooper, with the Dot Buchanan Team of ERA American Realty of Northwest Florida. “We are hoping something will be done within 60 days.”

Scenic Hills Country Club is also under contract and is expected to close before Shalimar Pointe, Cooper added. He could not divulge more information until the closings occur, the Daily News reported.

The four courses have been on the market for 10 months, the Daily News reported. Meadowbrook owns eight golf courses in Florida, Texas and New Jersey.

The Shalimar Pointe Golf & Country Club opened in 1968 and its sale will include the 18-hole championship course, clubhouse, golf shop, practice facility, driving range and putting green.
