Auberge takes over management of the Bend, Ore., resort after the acquisition of Pronghorn in February by Honolulu-based The Resort Group.
Pronghorn Golf Club & Resort in Bend, Ore., has announced its partnership with Auberge Resorts. Auberge will manage the luxury golf destination’s 48-suite lodge, multiple restaurants, full-service spa and other amenities. The Resort Group, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, acquired Pronghorn in February.
“We are delighted to take over the helm of this stunning golf resort and community and honored to help create what will be the premier luxury resort in the Pacific Northwest,” said Mark Harmon, Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Auberge Resorts. “We are also pleased to expand our portfolio of private residence clubs to six and offer members additional choices for family vacations and romantic getaways.”
Pronghorn sits on 640 acres and features two championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio. The club neighbors the Deschutes River and Mt. Bachelor, which accommodate fly fishing and skiing amenities.
Future plans for the property include improved homeowner, member and guest amenities, additional resort development and a variety of additional real estate offerings.
