Triumph Club Management Subsidiary Acquires Cypress (Texas) Lakes GC

Cypress Lakes Investment purchased the club from One West Bank for an undisclosed amount.

Triumph Club Management has created Cypress Lakes Investment in order to purchase Cypress Lakes Golf Club in Cypress, Texas. Cypress Lakes Management, a subsidiary of Triumph, will manage the club, PR Newswire reports.

“The club will be positioned to meet the needs of local golfers and will offer annual membership options for frequent golfers,” Triumph Founding Partner Michele Carroll said.

The details of the acquisition of the semi-private 18-hole course were not disclosed.

“We are looking forward to providing a range of solutions, from golf operations and membership sales to complete golf course management,” Triumph Founding Partner Billy Sitton said. “We are a dedicated team and will work diligently to make Cypress Golf Club the best that it can be.”

Cypress Lakes golf course was designed by Jim Fazio and features 7,024 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.4 while the slope rating is 134. The course offers a two-tiered driving range and is open year-round.

Cypress Lakes has been ranked the “Best Greens in Houston” and the “Best Greens in Southeast Texas” by Avid Golfer Magazine.
