Indian Springs Country Club, a private club located in Broken Arrow, Okla., will go up for auction June 5. Interested parties can make a nominal opening bid of $250,000 on-site, as well as online, in real time.

The club was built in the 1960s and features two 18-hole regulation golf courses, 10 lighted tennis courts and four covered tennis courts, a 38,000-sq. ft. clubhouse and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. The entire property covers over 472 acres, including more than 102 acres of undeveloped land bordering the Arkansas River.
Nearly all furnishings, equipment and supplies will be passed to the new owner at the auction, with the exception of some golf equipment, such as leased carts and pro-shop inventory.
Prior to the auction, open public inspections will take place May 18, May 25, June 1, and two hours before the auction begins.
