The Polo Club of Boca Raton Names Brett Morris as GM/COO

Morris comes to the Florida property after having served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at New York’s Fresh Meadow CC.

The Polo Club of Boca Raton (Fla.) recently introduced Brett Morris as the new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Morris will be responsible for the overall operations of the private South Florida residential country club.

Morris was formerly the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Fresh Meadow Country Club, a Five Star Platinum Club of America located on the north shore of Long Island, New York.

He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1988 and began his career working in various restaurants in New York City including The American Festival Cafe at Rockefeller Center.
