The Naples club’s facilities have been expanded by over 800 square feet; new equipment and classes are being offered.
Grey Oaks Country Club, in Naples, Fla., hosted a grand opening of its newly-renovated fitness centers, located in the Grey Oaks and Estuary Clubhouses, on January 21st.
The centers have been expanded by over 800 square feet and stocked with new state-of-the-art strength equipment. Members now have a unique array of classes to choose from, including boot camps, Pilates, yoga, water aerobics, and spin classes. The club also sponsors monthly 5K runs, hosts weekly walking and cycling clubs, and has implemented two customized golf training programs for club-fitting and performance.
“The fitness, health and well-being of our members are of the utmost importance to us,” says Jim Butler, General Manager at Grey Oaks. “The enhancement of our fitness and health-related programs is a key part of the many efforts to sustain Grey Oaks’s reputation as a world-class facility and to provide unparalleled service and amenities.”
Grey Oaks has also recently completed upgrades to its Pine, Palm, and Estuary golf courses, expanded both of the driving ranges, and updated its popular Patio Grill. The club is now in the planning stages for the expansion and modernization of its golf pro shop.
Grey Oaks has also launched a smart-phone application for iPhone and Android users, giving members access to club news and events, menus, tee times, and course maps.
“Grey Oaks’ commitment to excellence is what makes our community such a desirable place to live,” says Butler. “We believe these changes will not only add to the quality of life at Grey Oaks, but also enhance property values and marketability.”
