ForeTees, OntoGolf to Introduce New Products at PGA Show

New dining software, caddie management system and golf lesson management platform are designed to further optimize club and resort operations.

ForeTees and OntoGolf will introduce new products at this year’s PGA Merchandise show aimed at facilitating tee-time and caddiemaster operations and increasing instruction revenue.

ForeTees, celebrating its tenth year at the show, will present its new Caddie Management System and its most recent introduction, ForeTees Dining Software.

The new ForeTees Dining product is similar to ForeTees’ acclaimed tee-time product, and aims to make it easy for club members to make dining reservations on a “24/7” basis.

The Caddie Management System is designed to simplify and organize the duties of a caddie master and golf staff administering a caddie program. In addition, caddies will be able to communicate online to receive assignments and inform the caddie master of their availability. This software is included at no charge in the ForeTees tee time product, as well as in its Notification System (for clubs that don’t take tee times).

Finally, ForeTees will be presenting its third annual User Conference at this year’s show. This conference is designed to ensure that clubs are using the many features of ForeTees products to the fullest and most profitable extent.

OntoGolf will launch Range Servant, a golf lesson management platform which will also be featured in the technology section of the PGA Show’s New Product Zone.

The system includes the OntoGolf Station, with an iPad pre-installed with the OntoGolf app. The station is accessible to golfers for registration, scheduling, check-in and payments. Instructors can administer and monitor their business process from a smart phone or any other web-enabled device. The patent-pending process increases the impulse scheduling opportunity and saves human resources.

Key features include:
• Lesson management portal for instructors
• Easy self-registration, lesson scheduling and check-in
• An integrated instructional video portal
• Seamless payment integration for pay later, credit cards or PayPal
• Makes lessons affordable and keeps golfers in the game
• World-class reliability and speed on the Amazon cloud computing platform

“OntoGolf is a very effective way of increasing lesson revenue in the pro shop and online,” said Scott Morgan, PGA Member and General Manager at The Lakes at El Segundo. “When golfers manage their own registration, scheduling and payment, it’s a lot more efficient, and benefits everyone.”

“The OntoGolf System is a revolutionary new revenue opportunity for instructors and pro shops,” said Hormuz Minina, founder of OntoGolf. “It’s easy to use and access, and can generate impulse purchases right where the golfer is most likely to schedule a lesson—in the golf facility. We’re delighted with the response since its launch, and expect it to have a lasting impact on the game of golf and the instructors who teach it.”
