The Country Club at Mirasol, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has named Michael Crain as Executive Chef. Crain is currently the Executive Chef at Olives NY in New York City, which is owned and operated by renowned chef Todd English.
Mirasol’s General Manager and COO, Matt Lambert, said, “After an extensive search and interview process, I am very pleased to announce that Michael Crain has accepted the position of Executive Chef at Mirasol. I am excited to welcome Michael because I believe he has the training, experience, leadership skills, attitude, and understanding of what is required to continue to provide our membership with a first-class dining experience.”
