Brookwood Farms BBQ, Siler City, N.C., hired Chuck Mastruserio as new Regional Manager for the Mid West region. Mastruserio will assume the responsibilities of managing sales growth in Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Western Pennsylvania.
Mastruserio brings over twenty five years of foodservice sales experience, most recently with Ember Farms.
