Hotel industry veteran and former CEO of Higgins Purchasing Group, Steve Higgins, has launched a new venture—Canoe Hospitality. Canoe will focus solely on delivering innovative and highly personalized procurement services to the owners and developers of luxury hotels and resorts. The company is already working on two major resort developments in Southern California.
